We are incredibly excited to be celebrating our 30th Annual Fitness Summit and Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Canada Games Aquatic Centre in Saint John, NB.

Join us for a full day of inspiring keynote talks and interactive workshops that will continue to expand your fitness knowledge and skill to meet your clients needs.

Sessions include:

- Aquacise workshops both in the deep and shallow water

- Advanced Kettlebell Workshop

- Training Runners with Disguised Fitness Check

- Mobility workshop that will help improve ROM, strength and balance

- Kickboxing for Fitness Workshop

We welcome our keynote speaker Adam Jongsma who will be speaking on principles that empower fitness leadership to develop authentic, long lasting influence in our communities and thrive without burnout! Adam will also be facilitating an active workshop on: Enhancing Training Outcomes with Adaptive Coaching. This session will investigate the various coaching styles/techniques and how they can be adapted for different clients and outcomes.

Also, on Friday night at 7:00pm we will be holding a social event for all FNB members and guests to network. There is also an option to do a CPR re-certification at 6:30pm.
