The Menopause workshop will allow you to dive into the science of navigating the perimenopause and menopause journey through nutrition and exercise with the fantastic Tammy Macdonald.
Tammy is a certified menopause coaching specialist, nutritionist and Certified personal trainer whose goal is to simplify the individual challenges of menopause, as well as educating trainers on most effectively working clients navigating through menopause.
Thriving through menopause is not just a tangible goal for individuals, but also a necessary adjustment for instructors and trainers who work with the affected clientele.
Whether you would like to learn how to cruise through menopause for yourself, or how to better work with your menopausal clients, this is a fantastic chance to learn more and stay informed.
