    Become a Group Fitness Training Leader: Full Body Conditioning

    In this 2-day in-person training certification, fitness professionals will learn to structure and deliver a full body muscle conditioning class with confidence! 

    You will learn:

    - basic human physiology 

    - how to program and design a variety of muscle strength and conditioning exercise classes

    - the role and responsibility of a group leader (including safety considerations)

    - be able to practice refining your modifications and coaching strategies in a group setting

    At the end of this course participants will be confident in designing and delivering a full body conditioning program within their communities and coaching environments.

    The Fitness New Brunswick Personal Training Course is a nationally recognized certification which will provide aspiring fitness leaders the tools they need for a successful career in the personal training industry.

    Learn the fundamentals of 1/1 training and understand what makes Personal Training so personal.

    Trainers will learn:

    • The Scope of Practice for a Registered Personal Trainer
    • Assessment and Program Design

    The first weekend will be covering the Personal Training Theory online and the second weekend will involve practical in-person component that will teach coaching techniques, program delivery and taking part in fitness programming - putting the theory into practical learning experience.

    Participants note that Foundations in Fitness & Exercise Physiology (AKA: Exercise Theory )is a prerequisite to take this course.
